As Forward Deployed Engineer, you bridge product, engineering, and customer success: troubleshoot AI behavior through prompt refinement, analyze conversation logs, configure automations, manage integrations with property management systems (Yardi, AppFolio, Vantaca, CINC), run data analysis with SQL/Python, and serve as primary technical contact for enterprise accounts.
