About the role
BuildPass provides construction management software (estimating, finance, scheduling, safety, site management) for 1000+ head contractors and 100K+ subcontractors in Australia and US. Forward Deployed Engineer bridges customer needs and product development. Responsibilities: partner with Customer Success Managers on major accounts; develop configurations, integrations, data migrations, scripts, and AI workflows; automate manual processes; identify and triage technical issues; spot patterns across accounts; measure impact through hours saved and adoption rates. Must be comfortable with LLM-based tools, APIs, SQL, scripts. Hybrid, minimum 3 days in Richmond Melbourne office. Customer site visits required. No visa sponsorship. Entry level.
